About Casa Pacifica

We meet kids and families at the most challenging times of their lives and help them overcome some of life’s most difficult circumstances – abuse and neglect, complex emotional and behavioral issues, and family crises.  We restore hope, help children find joy in daily living, and improve families’ chances at making a better life for themselves and at finding a place in their community where they can be successful.  Casa Pacifica is committed to children unconditionally over time and through all of life’s ups and downs. Headquartered on a rural 24-acre campus five miles from the Pacific Ocean, Casa Pacifica serves abused and neglected children and adolescents, and those with severe emotional, social, behavioral, and mental health challenges. Our primary service area is California’s Central Coast, but referrals come from all over.

CWC Chili Cookoff

Our first event to help raise money for our Wounded Warriors! Conejo Valley Chili Cook-Off and Classic Car Show was held on April 28th in the Conejo Creek Park South right here in Thousand Oaks! The men of CWC put together a booth to compete in the chili cook-off so we could raise as much money as possible and to our surprise; we pulled together $300 for the Wounded Warrior Project! We were very pleased with what we had all accomplished and we couldn't wait to hold our very own event! Here are just some of the pictures from the Chili Cook-Off!

CWC Wounded Warrior Car Wash

Four weeks prior to our first Annual Golf Tournament that benefited the Wounded Warrior Project; we (the men of CWC) wanted to bring in as much money as we could for the organization so what better way to do it then to have a car wash in beautiful sunny Southern California!  We had three separate full weekends of car washes, first two were held at Lava Lounge on Thousand Oaks Blvd. Eddie (a reserve himself) and his family were gracious enough to let us hold our events in their parking lot! The third car wash we had took place at the Mermaid Tavern also on Thousand Oaks Blvd...just a few blocks away! The Weasel MC partook in the activities as well at the Mermaid Tavern! The turn around on all three weekends were amazing!  We had coffee, water, and soda to drink as well as cookies and other things to nibble on throughout the customers stay! The best part about our carwash is was all DONATION and we made $800 after all the costs were settled! Proud of us guys!

1st Annual CWC Golf Tournament benefiting the Wounded Warrior Project

Held at the Los Robles Golf Course in Thousand Oaks CA on such a perfect day; August 18th, 2013. With a total of 74 players, 10 volunteers, and some family and friends to enjoy the food, raffle, and the silent auction after the tournament, we collectively gathered about $5,000.00 (YES FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS!!) to donate back to the Wounded Warrior Project! The tournament was set up to play best ball with competitions for the longest drive, closest to the pin, and we also had a brand new Ford truck from Kemp Ford to give away as a hole-in-one prize!
